Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Execute order fulfillment and packing for next-day delivery
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred but not required
