Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct real-time inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions through systematic cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve nightly performance KPIs
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotation
