Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments in our climate-controlled facility
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments before dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
