Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error precision
- Maintain organized and sanitized work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train on warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM shift)
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
