Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory with precision in FIFO systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Uphold strict OSHA and safety protocols during all operations
- Assist with cycle counts and quarterly warehouse audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
