Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Document warehouse activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanning devices
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
