Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precisionMaintain organized inventory counts using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check
