Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to priority schedules
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment at all times
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless inventory handover
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols during all operations
- Assist in receiving and processing inbound shipments with barcode scanning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
