Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order fulfillment issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report workplace hazards immediately
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
