Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to 5S methodology
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Follow strict safety protocols including proper PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (company-sponsored)
