Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Perform quality control checks and documentation for all products
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate remotely with day-shift teams via digital communication tools
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones according to OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Respond to urgent shipment alerts via remote monitoring systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to facility (remote work between tasks)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for remote coordination tasks
