Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in climate-controlled facilities
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new warehouse technologies
