Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain data integrity
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight shift
