Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound inventory
- Maintain organized and secure warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize remote-friendly digital tools for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy for remote-friendly reporting systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
