Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting tasks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality assurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed
