Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify inventory counts against manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth transition of operations and inventory updates
- Complete daily warehouse reports and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred; forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
