Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize merchandise in designated storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
