Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight trucks with efficiency and safety protocols
- Organize and manage inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification support
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for 8+ hour overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
