Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) with provided safety gear
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy using provided scanning tools
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Pass background/drug screening
