Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory, ensuring quality control standards are met
- Maintain organized and clean workstations, including racking and staging areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with day-shift team members for efficient inventory turnover
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
