Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trailers with accuracy and speed using RF scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow bottlenecks during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
