Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory integrity.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards before dispatch.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound truck traffic, including loading trailers and unloading deliveries.
- Documentation: Properly label, tag, and document all packages and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred) or strong aptitude for logistics operations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, order fulfillment, and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning software.
