Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with RF scanning technology
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in our temperature-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Process inbound shipments and update inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
