Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently during overnight shifts
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory with zero tolerance for errors
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet 99.9% accuracy standards
- Maintain organized and secure storage areas with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
