Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) with provided safety equipment
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable attendance for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
