Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using provided handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with company-provided training
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using automated systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts with supplied inventory tools
- Follow safety protocols using provided PPE and equipment
- Generate daily reports using company-provided tablets and software
- Collaborate with overnight team leads using supplied communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer literacy (training provided on company systems)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with supplied tools
- Attention to detail with inventory tracking systems
