Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment to move and organize inventory
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete digital inventory tracking systems in real-time
- Participate in safety training and equipment maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery with proper certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
