Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) provided by the company
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure system accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handovers and inventory updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a low-supervision environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
