Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers) provided by company
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory with real-time scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for equipment operation
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform equipment pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail with scanning systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass pre-employment equipment operation assessment
