Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts using provided scanning equipment and digital systems
- Inspect and maintain provided warehouse tools and report equipment issues promptly
- Pack and prepare shipments using provided packaging materials and automation tools
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating all provided warehouse machinery
- Organize and optimize storage areas using provided organizational systems
- Collaborate with overnight team leads using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred but not required)
- Basic math skills for inventory management using provided digital tools
- Physical stamina to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with provided ergonomic gear
- Attention to detail when using provided inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to our Lubbock facility
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience needed - all training and equipment provided
