Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by the company
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanning systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled zones
- Safely load/unload trucks using provided hydraulic equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with company-provided PPE
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shift
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to industrial Phoenix location
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided mechanical assistance
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
