Responsibilities
- Safely load/unfreeze products using forklifts and pallet jacks in -20°C environments
- Accurately track inventory via RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through organized stacking
- Complete daily shift reports with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently in low-temperature conditions
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage industrial district
- Flexible availability between 6 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
