Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Package orders for shipment while adhering to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Uphold OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with scheduling options
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
