Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanning technology
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and space utilization
- Implement safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak season surges
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with overnight shift availability
- OSHA 10 certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory reconciliation
- Experience with OSHA safety protocols and incident reporting
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
