Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move inventory efficiently
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock records
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
