Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Train on new automation technologies as operations evolve
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA Forklift Certification mandatory (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift schedule
- Background check and drug screen required
