Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and shipping containers using appropriate equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for daily distribution.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems in compliance with safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
