Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled zones
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to NW Miami location
- Flexibility to work 10 PM-6 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Prior warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
