Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with barcode scanning accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory in WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery across Oahu
- Maintain 5S compliance in designated warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for dock scheduling optimization
- Complete quality control checks on inbound/outbound merchandise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
