Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the organization of inventory and storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Complete daily digital checklists and reports via our remote-friendly management portal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile data entry devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
