Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight: Efficiently handle stock and materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
- Inventory Management: Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and preventing shortages.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled according to standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to comply with all safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse machinery and tools.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for vehicle loading/unloading duties.
