Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize inventory in the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided training
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Flexible to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment operations
