Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
