Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move products efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory systems through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Complete quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
