Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using our barcode scanning system
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided on-site)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas per OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
- Flexibility to work Sunday-Thursday nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
