Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using manual and electric equipment
- Perform routine warehouse cleanliness and maintenance duties
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
