Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain organized inventory records in our digital tracking system
- Safely operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Reliable transportation to and from our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
