Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks with proper safety protocols and equipment operation
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment through daily cleaning routines
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification training
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Park Drive location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in overnight shifts
