Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Perform quality checks and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation projects
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to 2nd shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
