Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Follow safety protocols for equipment and material handling
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Blvd location
- Willingness to work flexible overtime during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional team lifting
